FREE delivery on all UK orders above £100.

Delivery starts at £3.95 and we offer a 24 hour tracked and Special Delivery service.

 

Please be aware that orders can take up to 1 week to complete due to our work being bespoke. 48hr delivery does not mean the order will be with you within 48hrs it means delivery will be 48hrs but the process of your order could be longer.

If your order is urgent then please ring or email us first to make sure we can complete this order for you in time.

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Our site will automatically calculate how much your delivery will cost depending on your location. It can take up to 1 week to complete the order then after that average waiting time for International Shipping is 7 - 21 days, but can take longer in countries with slow customs.

Due to international regulations, we unfortunately cannot ship our Secret Garden petals outside of Europe. However, our other products are available internationally except for Japan, South Africa and Egypt.

RETURNS

We are certain that you will love your products, however if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your roses, please email us and we will gladly exchange this for any of our other roses.
